I returned a rental car sunday morning and I am waiting for the repayment of the diposit. I am wondering when will it be effected. Also, I need to be given the repayment of a pneumatic as I was informed that it would be done when I returned the car.

Tuvimos que esperar más de 90 minutos para que nos atendieran, no hablan inglés ni nos dijeron nunca el motivo por el que tuvimos que esperar tanto. Atendían antes a clientes que llegaban más tarde que a nosotros. Con un niño de 5 años no es una buena experiencia. No lo recomiendo porque para viajes de pocos días perder tanto tiempo solo en recoger el coche es muy malo y es muy frustrante no poder comunicarte porque no hablan tú idioma o inglés. Mi sensación es que cogieron muchas más reservas de las que podían atender y por eso fue más barato. Para compensar nos regalaron el depósito de gasolina. El GPS en inglés vale para poco, en realidad el interfaz está en japonés, solo las indicaciones de voz son en inglés. Si puedes usar Google Maps y tener el GPS adelante coche para una emergencia pues mejor.

Al principio no nos garantizaban la silla infantil pero tras solicitar garantía en la reserva (sin la silla no podíamos coger el coche) nos confirmaron la reserva de manera rápida.

El vehiculo bien equipado, espacioso. El tiempo de proceso para la firma del contrato fue un poco lento. Lo negativo y desagradable fue la atencion del personal que entrega el coche muy poco amable y muy apurado, ademas el vehiculo tuvo una limpieza somera, rastros de cigarrillo sobre las alfombras y un fuerte olor a cigarrillo.

Excelente plataforma de reserva, completa y facil a reservar. Ademas buena asistencia en caso de dudas.

The pick up zone was about a block away. Kinda of a hassle. Routes folks loaded the bags and were friendly.

Easy process. Worth the price. Great prices. The car was faulty (seatbelt was on but the car beeped like it wasn´t), but I could have exchanged it anytime they said. The technology was great, but there´s a learning curve.

Ibiza Airport meeting point location needs serious improvement. Has to be manned or find a system where each customer who arrive can get a queue ticket order and form the queue in order of arrival to avoid storming the shuttle van. Also signs to inform that EasyRentCars booking might be with OK Rent a Car. Better welcome and information at the airport will grow the number of customers on the long term.

al llegar a mostrador, lo que insistían era en que contratara un nuevo seguro que el que ofrece de cobertura total no es del todo cierta y que con AXA se tienen problemas para que devuelvan la franquicia. Se que es su trabajo pero es muy molesto que intenten venderte productos metiendo miedo al cliente

A la hora de la entrega el vehículo no fue la Kia Sportage que había seleccionado sino un Honda CRV la cual no es similar ya que es un vehículo de gama baja en comparación a la Kia Sportage.

Our experience with windy car was very disappointing. We had problems with the car, the engine alarm started shinig and we had an other one with a wheel. For these reasons we had to call the company several times to help us fix it, but more than helping us solve our situation did not do more than give us a new phone number each time. It gave the sensation they didn’t want to help, just pass the problem to another department. The first time it happened we stopped at a gas station where nobody spoke English but we got them to understand what happened and they called a mechanic. While started with calls to WindyCar. One of the Windycar operators told us that we will pay 50L to the mechanic and fill the deposit at that gas station as a sign of thanks for their help. That's what we did. The next day, when we were about 200km away, the same thing happened again. When we reached Uchisar, we called WindyCar again. We asked to change the car since it did not give us any safety to drive in those conditions. At Kayseri's office they told us that they did not have cars available, that we took them to the mechanic and paid the bill and that they would reimburse us. That's what we did. This time we pay 40L. After a few km the alarm starteed shining. A few days later, when we had 200km to get to Ephesus, the front left tire began to lose pressure. We tried to swell several times but I kept losing so we decided to change the wheel. This delayed our trip again several hours, since with the spare wheel we could not exceed 80km / h. When we arrived at our hotel we returned to call WindyCar asking for a solution. The next day we had to return the car in Izmir and we were afraid to drive in those conditions. We had to call twice to get answers which again was very unsatisfactory. The solution offered was that "we should drive more slowly". All these problems created a great insecurity on the road during our trip and we did not know what was happening... We fear because the c

El personal del mostrador fue muy descortes y me enganaron anadiendome extras que no solicite como el seguro del vehiculo, que yo ya tenia y dije que no lo queria. Esto supuso un costo extra aparte del precio de Easyrentalcars. Me senti estafado por ellos. Al reclamar no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion.

The personal that attended to us were so kindless and the give us a better car than we had hired for the same price. They advised to us to use hire the machine to pay tolls directly....it was a great idea !!!!

The platform worked very good. Everything perfect. Next time probably we´ll use again. We´ll recomend it to friends.

El ptoceso de devolucion es extrmadamaente lento. Deben revisar el auto, hacer papaeleo y volver a ingresar la trajeta de pago. Muy lento el proceso de devolucion. De no ir con tiempo, puerdo el vuelo

No fue del todo gentil la persona que me atendio en mostrador, me hubiera gustado que me informara mas sobre el plan para tener acceso a los toll roads que estaban en todo Florida. Nunca supe cuanto me cobraron por gasolina, quisier que llegara una factura a mi correo despues que entregas el vehiculo.

Me encanto su plataforma, sencilla y muy rapida.

LAS DOS PERSONAS QUE NOS ATENDIERON EN QUÉBEC FUERON ESTUPENDAS, SIN SABER MI IDIOMA ME FACILITARON TODA LA INFORMACIÓN, HACIENDO ESFUERZOS, UN 10 PARA ELOS.

Al llegar a recoger o recibir el carro nos querían cobrara nuevamente el seguro con el argumento que el seguro adquirido a través de la pagina NO era valido en Aruba
