International terminal arrival: Please come out of Gate 8, follow the "Off-site Shuttles Transfer" signage, and walk across the sidewalk all the way to the designated pick-up and drop-off area at the airport. Domestic terminal arrival: Please wait in the pick-up area outside Gate 8. (Outside the JetStar counter) After-hours services are provided by the third-party Heartland Hotel. Please be sure to contact the hotel’s customer service in advance and check in online on the hotel’s website. The staff will prepare the documents and vehicle for check-in at the hotel on the pick-up day. After arriving at the airport and picking up your luggage, please call 64 9 275 4540. Please inform the staff on the phone that you are a passenger of EZU Car Rental and the name of the driver. Please wait for the shuttle bus in the pick-up area according to the guidance.
