Once you have collected your bags and have cleared customs, please call +64 800 468 468 (the nearest phone is located behind the help desk directly in front of the customs exit) to inform us that you are waiting at the International Terminal and are ready for collection. Proceed to EXIT DOOR 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing and follow the sign ?ALL CAR PARKS?. Once at covered walkway GO LEFT, and at the end, follow the sign ?ALL SHUTTLES?. A Green Motion branded shuttle will collect you from here. Domestic Terminal Arrivals: Green Motion Auckland Airport is located just a short distance from the airport terminal. Once you have collected your bags and are ready for collection, please call +64 800 468 468 to let us know that you are waiting at the Domestic Terminal and are ready for collection. Proceed outside DOORS 7 & 8 (Jetstar departure end), walk across to the far side of the forecourt toward the flight-control tower. A Green Motion branded shuttle will collect you from here."
