Our lobby counter can be found on the 1st floor (street front level) of the building. We are across the street from the center of Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservatory. VEHICLES: On-site. After receiving the contract & keys on the 1st floor, customers will be directed to their vehicles. Our vehicles pick up & return area is located on the 7th floor of the Boston Waterfront/Harbor Parking Garage. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Our vehicles pick up & return area is located on the 7th floor of the Boston Waterfront/Harbor Parking Garage. After parking the vehicle, customers will need to return to the 1st floor lobby counter to close contracts. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
