CARS: Outside of terminal in area marked Budget Rent a Car. RETURNS: Follow Car Rental Return signs. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park car in rental area marked Budget Rent a Car. Note the ending miles, date and time of return on the rental jacket. Drop off the keys and the return informatioin in the drop box at the counter inside of the airport. Customers are not allowed to return vehicles between 10:30 PM and 4:00 AM because the airport is closed during that time.
