Car Pick-up Instructions: The KLIA 2 branch is located at Counter 6 inside the airport terminal building (ASIA CAR). To pick up your rental car, head to the airport counter following the signs for Asia Car. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2. Walk straight to Gate 2 where you'll find a Family Mart convenience store. Take the escalator down to Level 1 and follow the signs to the car rental counter. Please ensure you are picking up your car from the correct location, either KLIA 1 or KLIA 2. Our staff will assist you with your reservation. There is a 10km distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. We have rental counters in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for your convenience. Make sure your flight arrives at the same terminal as the car pick-up counter. For car pick-up outside normal business hours, please contact the branch in advance. An additional fee of MYR80 will be charged from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR150 from 00:00 to 07:59. We operate as usual on public holidays. Tip: To make your return process smoother, inquire with the staff about return procedures when picking up your car!
