After landing at LAX, step outside through the glass doors and wait at the Pink LAX Shuttle Zone/Column. Look for the blue “LAX Economy Parking” Shuttle (Shuttle E)—this will take you straight to the Economy Parking Garage. 1. Continue to the Off-Airport Rental Car Area When you arrive at the Economy Parking Garage, exit the shuttle and follow the signs to the “Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area.” This area is located on Level 1, near the vending machines on the Southeast Side. ZOOM RENT A CAR shuttles will pick you up at the curb and bring you to our Rental Car Office. 2. After Returning Your Rental Car Once you drop off your vehicle, we’ll shuttle you back to the Off-Airport Rental Car Waiting Area at the Economy Parking Garage. From there, simply take the “LAX Economy Parking” Shuttle (Shuttle E) back to your terminal. Courtesy Shuttle Hours (Remote Rental Car Depot → Rental Office) Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Sunday: Closed — No shuttle service Pre-Rental Vehicle Inspection Before driving off, renters must inspect the vehicle: Check for pre-existing damage and take at least 8 photos of all corners. Start the car and photograph the odometer showing mileage and gas level. Take photos of the front and rear interiors. Send all photos to: support@ampmcarrentals.com
