The rental fee is ¥1,000 per day. Please note that early returns are non-refundable. The ETC card includes a prepaid balance of ¥30,000. You must pay ¥30,000 in cash upfront before use. Upon return, we will verify the remaining balance and refund any unused portion. Therefore, your total payment will be the rental fee plus the ¥30,000 prepaid amount. If you need to change your return time, please contact us by the day before.

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Only A6-sized 1949 IDP is supported for picking up the car.
