Please wait for the IX rental shuttle bus when you arrive at the “15 -Regular Vehicle ”shuttle station. The shuttle usually arrive 15 mibutes after you arvie the sopt. Free Service Hours: 08:00 – 19:00 (no extra charge). Chargeable Service Hours: 19:01 – 20:00 (a flat fee of 4,000 JPY per occurrence applies). Provided that the vehicle is returned undamaged and all fees are settled, the deposit will be fully and automatically refunded within 7 business days of return.
