The rental company offers three ways to pick up the vehicle: 1. Office pick-up (9:00-16:00) 2. Self-service kiosk (24 hours): The self-service kiosk is located near the entrance of the car rental office, with the specific steps as follows: a. Enter the pick-up confirmation number and follow the prompts on the machine (system language is English) to complete all steps. b. After completing all steps, you will receive the vehicle keys and the rental contract. c. Check the vehicle's exterior and fuel level to ensure they match the contract description. If there are discrepancies, please inform the staff during office hours. If outside office hours, take photos and inform the car rental staff during office hours. d. If you encounter difficulties, please contact the rental company: +354 4197978 / +354 4197977 3. Online check-in, key box pick-up (24 hours): The car rental key box is located near the entrance of the car rental office, with the specific steps as follows: a. After order confirmation, the car rental company will send an online check-in link and login confirmation number via email. b. Follow the email instructions to complete the online check-in. Once completed, the car rental will send you the key box authorization code. c. Find the key box near the car rental office entrance and enter the key box authorization code to retrieve the vehicle keys. d. Check the vehicle's exterior and fuel level to ensure they match the contract description. If there are discrepancies, please inform the staff during office hours.
