Airport Terminal Instructions On 15NOV23, The Newark Liberty Intl Airport (EWR) Avis counter has moved to a new Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility (ConRAC) on Airport property. COUNTER: New Terminal A arrival instructions: You will see airport signs directing you to the rental car facility. Please proceed over the sky bridge and into the garage. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, where you will find our facility. Terminals B and C Arrivals: From the baggage claim, follow signs to the Air Train. Exit the train at Terminal A. Proceed downstairs to the exit and follow the Parking Garage signs to the right. Continue walking straight for approximately 5 minutes to the 1st floor parking garage lobby. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, where you will find our facility.
