On your arrival at Bilbao airport, please proceed to level number 3 (departures), exit the terminal building and you will find the Drivalia bus, which will be clearly identified with our logo. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon. Our uniformed driver will take you the short journey of approximately 5 minutes to our Drivalia Mobility Store to collect your car.

After you have collected your luggage and once in the arrivals hall, use the nearest lift to go up to the Departures hall on the third floor (Planta 3), come out of the terminal, cross the road using the zebra crossing and you find a parking area and where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.
