RETURNS: Follow signs marked "Car Rental Return". AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The airport location is open 24 hours. The check-in area in the parking garage is closed from 11 PM to 5 AM. During these hours, returning customers please leave keys in vehicle or drop box located nearby. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Rental cars are parked in the garage behind the rental counter. WALKING DISTANCE to rental counter in the parking garage: 350 yards WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim." Proceed inside and take the skywalk to the rental counter area in the parking garage lobby to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked in the garage behind the rental counter.

ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Free shuttle service is provided. Once you have collected all of your luggage at baggage claim: - Call us at 801-977-9111 to request a shuttle pick up. - Go across the sky bridge located across from baggage claim #6. - Proceed straight thru the car rental lobby continuing across the sky bridge. - At the end of the bridge, go out the glass doors and down the escalator or elevators. - Once in the parking garage on ground level, follow the painted sidewalk heading to the right. - Go past the Avis/Payless area until you get to the shuttle stop at the west end of the garage. - There is a sign stating Off-Site Shuttles. - We will pick you up in a silver van clearly marked as Rugged Rental & ACE Rent-A-Car.
